Exclamation Shared Workbook - Random Column/Row Headers Turned Red?

    Hello,

I'm fairly new, so I apologize if this is a dumb question. I've tried searching all over but I cannot figure out why only some row and column headers have changed the characters from green to red. This is a shared workbook between eight of us within the company, so does this have to do with changes made to the sheet? I've inserted a screenshot of an example. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks!
