huge number of unused column in sheet

Hello
I opened a new file and created an active-x button and saved file as macro enabled file but I noticed that horizontal scroll bar have become very small like I fill a huge number of column with data.
I retried to create that file but I got the same results.
Can you help me to fix this problem?

Start by deleting all rows and columns that YOU KNOW!!!! dont contain any data, save, re=open and check again
