    Values From Filters

Not sure if this is something that can be done but i would like to show the value
of filtered cells in this case Aisle and Level. The photo shows only a cell value so if I changed it to say level C it would still say JU B

    Capture.JPG

Is there a way of changing the values based on the filter?

    Hope that makes sense

Hello & Welcome to the Forum,

Sorry, but at least to me, this doesn't resonate with me. Can you provide a sample workbook by following the details in the "Yellow" banner above!
    HTH

There is no need to post another thread.

If you can't attach a workbook on this thread, why would another thread be any different.

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need.

Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

After clicking on "Manage Attachments", you will get a box with in the upper left corner Browse.

Browse for your file and then select upload.

Upper right hand corner, select Close the window.

You may get an error, but just press thru it. Once back to your thread hit Submit.

    Re: Values From Filters

    See if this will work:
    1. Populated another column (Column 1) in the Query 1 table using: =IF([@Level]="","",SUBTOTAL(3,[@Level]))
Note that column 1 may be hidden for aesthetic purposes.
    2. Populate cell using: =INDEX(Query1[Aisle],MATCH(1,Query1[Column1],0))&" / "&INDEX(Query1[Level],MATCH(1,Query1[Column1],0))
