=AND(A1="ASM",B1>1)

A1 is not equal with "ASM", A1 contain "ASM"
Try
=AND(COUNTIF(A1,"*ASM*"),B1>1)
or
=AND(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("ASM",A1)),B1>1)
