    percentage increase from 0

    Hi everyone!

    Please see attached a copy of one of the sheets i'm working on.

    As you can see im tracking orders for clients however when the base is 0 and they order any value bigger than 0 the following week, excel wont display the percentage increase?

    Please can any help solve this?

    Hi,

    it is displaying something. That something is the "#N/A" error.
    You should try this formula instead in E8:

    But an increase from 1 to 3 is a 200% increase but from 0 to 3 is a 100% increase (according to the solution given), are you sure you wish to populate with 1 (100%) in the case of the error?

    You also have 27th - 3rd as a week it should be the 2nd for January
