Cumulative Counts and Percentages

Hi Ryan, I've got formulas working in most cells but I have a different answer to you in Cell N3 (you had 1 originally).

Just in case you wanted to count failures over 50% on a per volume basis instead of cumulative basis, I added in columns O and P to show the difference.
Also, I noticed that Overall Success in Column G calculates success on a line by line basis, should it be cumulative as well?
