Match Function

Can someone help please? When I try the following formula I only get, "BUY" and not "SELL", clearly I am doing something wrong.

=IFERROR(IF(MATCH($A$5:$A$100,$M$5:$M$100,0)*OR(MATCH($A$5:$A$100,$N$5:$N$100,0)),"SELL",),"BUY")

To upload an Excel workbook, follow these steps:
1) Click on "Go Advanced"
2) Click on "Manage Attachments"
3) Click on "Choose File"
4) Choose your file and click on "Open"
5) Click on "Upload"
6) Click on "Close this window"
