Manage multi-users for an Excel Workbook

Hi, so I work for multiple clients and store their data updates on the same excel file. And I have a column "client" that specifies which client is dealt with in this specific row.
The clients have the same workbook, but only with their data.
I am looking for a way (hint, method, maybe software) to be able to connect my workbook with my clients' workbooks so that:
-The changes I make will be updated in their workbooks, but only the changes with their name in the column "client"
-their changes to be updated in my 'consolidated' file
-The clients should not have access o other clients' data, so no access to my whole workbook

Do you have an idea how can I do this?
    Thanks

There are multiple ways to do so,
    1. You can create a raw sheet where you work and other sheets with clients name and protect different sheets with different password, and share the respective password with respective client
    2. You can go your macro that validates the password and displays the required data as per password validation
3.You can simply extract the specific client data to other workbook and then share ( either manually or can automate also)

    Thank you.
1-For your first suggestion: The client won't be able to edit the sheets of others but I believe they will be able to read them
2-This method, If I can implement it, is what seems to work best
3-This one is what I am doing now, but the idea is to let the clients update and at the same time not have to send them files all the time (The updates of the date happen frequently)

Can you please elaborate on the second suggestion?
    Cheers

1- Change the font color to white, ask clients to change back to black before editing and vice versa..

2- We have to write a macro for it, and its user specific so would require your file to work on. But if you have hands on then just send your sample file

    3- Ignored

But can you let me know how you work on the file with different clients. Are they work on your system / you have kept this file in some shared drive accessible to all
As I am getting a second thought which file you consider if get the updated from more than 2 clients at same time (on mail thats how I communicate with client)
