To Get perfect Date

Hi All,
i need your help to solve a problem, i am working a long sheet but i am sending you little sample, i need date as per desired result in sheet2 column F. i am using both formula LOOKUP and INDEX-MATCH but did not get perfect result.

can any body tell how i can get perfect date from sheet 1?

Thanks Boss,
its working perfect, but i thing tell me for yellow highlighted Date. its a duplicate Party Descriptions and Sale Item . how i can handle this situation?
Two different date one is 10-1-2020 and 15-1-2020

Try the following: =INDEX(Sheet1!$A$2:$A$42,AGGREGATE(15,6,(ROW(A$2:A$42)-ROW(A$1))/(Sheet1!$D$2:$D$42=B2)/(Sheet1!$F$2:$F$42=C2),COUNTIFS(B$2:B2,B2,C$2:C2,C2)))
