Auto Populate Calendar from Table Excel when Events last 1+ days

Hi there!

I've been trying to create a dynamic calendar for my team's events. What I wanted was 1. Event list where team members can add events, such as group calls or conferences; 2. Calendar which will populate according to the event list.

So far and with the help from the thread How to auto populate details into calendar from 2012 I was able to get the event names to appear on the calendar, but only the starting date.
Since it's only for the current year, I didn't autofill the calendar the way Pete did: hoping this won't be a problem.

As most of the events go on for 1+ days, I was wondering if you could help me with a way to auto populate all the days the event goes on for. Bonus if the cell would merge through the days the event goes on for.

The document is in portuguese, but I'm hoping this won't get in the way
- Nome do evento = event name
- Data de início = start date
- Data de fim = end date

While we're at it, I've been trying to, by using conditional formatting, fill the cells for MKT (marketing), MED (medical) and CVT (team) events in different colors in the calendar, like I did for the list, but I haven't been able to do it. Any thoughts?

Hi again

Sorry to bother you this much
But my manager asked me to add one row per day so it can fit 3 events
I did so, and extended the formulas, but:
1. See the test I put on the list? (marked yellow) on the calendar, on the day the 3 events overlap, "TESTE" doesn't appear on the third row of that day (april)
2. Also, the conditional formatting is not working properly anymore

Some of the formulas relied on only having two rows per day; that's what went wrong. See attached for fixed version.
