How to rearrange cells in one row to multiple columns in another sheet

Hello,

I have this file, which contains data sets (Questions) in each row.
What I need is to re-arrange the rows in an order that would be easy to print and for the students to be able to answer it.

Attached, an example of what I wanted... Hope someone can help with an idea how to do that with a larger number of questions.

A2 formula:

Then copy A2:C2 down as far as required.
