Conditional Formating of "grouped" rows Pivot Table on other cell value criteria

I'm trying to highlight my Pivot Table data, with grouped values, based on input from another cell.

In Pivot Table, Column A has grouped values from 0-300 in ranges of 25 increments.

    0-25
    25-50
    50-75
    75-100
    100-125
    etc.

I'd like to use input from a different field, to highlight all rows of data that has a grouped value higher than my input field. So if input is 40, all rows above 25-50 should be highlighted.

If input is in "N2", I'd like all rows in pivot table that has a grouped value higher than "N2" to be highlighted and this is causing me headaches and frustration :-)

Hello ckiversen and Welcome to Excel Forum.
This is a low tech proposal.
    1. Populate cells O6:O18 with the numbers zero to 300 (note this is hidden by using white font and that these values could also be placed somewhere out of the way such as XFD6:XFD18)
    2. Select a cell in the current values fields (B6:M18)
    3. Choose conditional formatting > Apply rules to All cells showing sum of conversions values for cost /conv and Month (3rd option)
    4. Formula: =$O6>$N$2
