Change time hh:mm to text hh hours and mm minutes

Hello!
I've changed my hours from a decimal into custom format hh:mm
Is is possible to have it written out instead? Essentially to fill out like the last column example below?

E.g
Hours____Hours and minute__Text
1.34_____01:20____________1 hour and 20 minutes
1.23_____01:13____________?

it could be because of regional settings , try this
=TEXT(A1/24,"[>=0.041667]h"" hour and ""mm"" minute"",[>=0.000694]mm"" minute"",,")

look at the custom format in D it could be used in text but " should be change to double ""
