Dropdown list with multiple values of the same value

Hi.

I have a problem in my dropdown list where i have multiple values of the same number, in this case 3 different values all named "100".
It doesn't matter which one i choose its always the first one in the list that gets chosen.

(The dropdown list is made from the "Data validation" window and the values in the list is taken from another sheet in the excel file.)

Is there any simple fixes without changing the values inside the dropdownlist ?

But could it be possible to somehow make the list choose the first number in a row?
I doubt this is possible without coding, but worth to ask =)
