Copying section of excel 2010 spreadsheet with cell, column, or row highlighted

Hi, I am new here so hello to all.

I am trying to copy a section of my spreadsheet sheet with cells highlighted to a word document for a presentation. I am assuming this would also be similar to pasting into an html doc, or wordpress page.

I would also like for certain cells to be highlighted as well as the sum() function in the last row instead of the actual numerical value. When I click on "copy over as a picture" from the clipboard group I lose the highlighted effect.

I can't yet include a link as to something similar that I am trying to accomplish. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,
    XDailey

    Welcome to the forum.

Pldase attach the workbook - there are instructions at the top of the page. No need for a link.

I have attached a small workbook named "Book_Test1" and I am trying to export, copy, or whatever (since I am not sure if it a copy command, export command, etc) to a word document so that it
will look like the .jpg file I have also attached once it is located inside of my word document. I hope this will help you see what I am trying to do. thank you. xdailey
