Calculate turnaround time and automate report

I have this report which I need to prepare on a monthly basis. It takes too much time. I am looking for a way if I can automate the report with the help of macro or VBA.

The reports include the number of tasks under the Admin and production checklist and we calculate the turnaround time from the task completed date. Currently, we need to manually filter the tasks and calculate the average taken from "Task duration". (Sheet 3)

I am looking for a way that I just paste the entire report in one sheet and on another sheet it gives me the required data for every month in the following format.

Month---------tasks--------------TAT Average
