EXCEL 2010 Insert options

Suddenly a file that previously allowed the Insert Illustrations such as Shapes via the ribbon, once I saved it as a new file name, now has the illustrations greyed out & I can't access the Shapes. other current files are OK. Even Charts has been greyed out.

Not sure what I have done nor do I know how to correct it..

Found it by Googling - under Options Advanced.
