Time Sheet Problems

Hi All,

as you can tell i am fairly new and learning but...

I have tried to build a basic time sheet calculator but ive run into problems with betting the times to calculate correctly, as you can see from the attached file (link below)

The "hours worked" boxes do add up the clock on and clock off figures fine but the sub total box and total box will not add them up correctly?

obviously i have done something wrong but i cant figure out what??



On a related note:
I have also created a simple vba button that populates the selected cell with the current time but is it possible to make the cell locked so that time cant be edited once inserted and for the button to automatically move in this sequence:
b9 b1 c9 c10 d9 d10 e9 e10 f9 f10 g9 g10 h9 h10 ?
