    need formula for my dashboard

    Hi

    I am looking for some hello to create my call monitoring Dashboard. I want to be able to select a month and my data and graphs will change (data all in Monthly tab) I have just added random data for example

    I also need little help with call handle ratio graph

    once I have this I am hoping to create a new dashboard tab where I can select the staff member and it will show their monthly data

    Please help

    Before going too far with this are you able to hold your data in a different layout. e.g. instead of your matrix layout, in 4 columns for

    Rep
    Date
    Call Type - i.e. Presented or Handled
    Call Number

    WIth your data in that format then it becomes a simple task for a Pivot Table and a Pivot Chart, along with a Slicer for filtering a particular month. No formulae are then needed.

    yeah that me just putting it together that way, if you can think of a better way then please do so. my reason for staying of pivots were they sometimes don't update when ive tried before. but happy to give it ago

    A Pivot Table can be made to refresh automatically with s single line of VBA macro code.

    If you'd like to reorganise your data in the layout I suggested then re-upload the workbook then no doubt we can help further.
    Just kepp repeating the 25 names and adding the Date and Call Type each time then copy and paste the call numbers.
    If you want to do just a few months and a few names to save time and to prove the concept then do that.
