What you need is an array formula. This means you need to enter the formula with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER. If done so correctly { } will be entered around your formula.
I would Filter by Column B on Blanks.
This will show all blank rows for B:D
B11 should be blank. Change B11:D11 to GENERAL formatting.
then paste the below formula in B11 using the above array method
Then drag formula over to D11.
Now select B11:D11 and all the way down on all the blank rows. in the example i have B11:D115 selected while the filter is still on.
Press CTRL+D
this will copy the formula down to all blank rows without overwriting the filtered data in B:D.
Unfilter
Highlight row 11 and 12
Double click FORMAT Painter
Highlight all rows to fix your color banded row formatting.
