Count duplicates from multiple columns and apply formula from above row

    Hi all

In the attached table, i have "SO Numbers" listed in column A. There are listed once to multiple times.

I am hoping if the "SO NUmber" (columna A) is listed multiple times, AND if column G (WOG-key) is the same , then i would like a formula that copies data in cell B:D.

for example, row 14 and row 15, have the same "SO number" and share the same "WOG-key) , so in columns B14:D14 and b15:D15 is the same data. I did this as an example, in other cases, i.e. row 14 or 15 would be empty, as one of the row contains data.

I have provided an example on row 14 and 15.

THe list itself is huge, so i am hoping this can be automated via formula vs manual.

    thxs in advance.

What you need is an array formula. This means you need to enter the formula with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER. If done so correctly { } will be entered around your formula.

I would Filter by Column B on Blanks.
This will show all blank rows for B:D
B11 should be blank. Change B11:D11 to GENERAL formatting.
then paste the below formula in B11 using the above array method

    Formula: copy to clipboard

Then drag formula over to D11.
Now select B11:D11 and all the way down on all the blank rows. in the example i have B11:D115 selected while the filter is still on.
    Press CTRL+D
this will copy the formula down to all blank rows without overwriting the filtered data in B:D.

    Unfilter
    Highlight row 11 and 12
    Double click FORMAT Painter
Highlight all rows to fix your color banded row formatting.
