Hi Everyone

I'm trying to create a list for my unit with members that are eligible for certain honorary medals by certain time frame.
In essence I have several different medal types that members are eligible for based on time interval basis (ie. every 5 years), and trying to make a list to keep track of who's eligible for one or not, and also exclude the ones that received particular medal


I thought of setting it up as:


NAME / MEDAL A / MEDAL B/ etc and set up IF command to color code the cells (greed = eligible now, yellow=eligible in 6 months, red= overdue), but I'm not sure how to implement the part that would calculate that someone already received one.

Can anyone help me with that if that makes sense, thanks!
