Modify VBA code

Hi Expert,

Can anyone help me to amend code below to fit my need.
I want to keep:
Range A as prefix No.
Range B is hyperlink PDF and keep actual file name.
Cell C2 is new folder name.
Finally copy active hyperlink from Range B and rename it as (Range A_)+(Range B).pdf,
save into new folder which was created before ( Cell C2 ).
