Hyperlinks From Pictures Sheet to Recipe Sheet

How can hyperlinks be inserted for the table on the Pictures sheet so when clicked it jumps to the appropriate Recipe sheet?

Right click>link>insert link>place in document>select tab

Thanks it would be better with a formula if possible so it could apply to all 100.
