I tried to combine two files in a folder, and when i try to load. error message prompt

However, when i combine them in the same workbook, it is fine
Any idea i went wrong

I don't have PQ installed but, the code in the attached file will do the job.
Place this file in the folder where the other 2 files exist and hit the button to run the code.
