Angry I want ONE unit of measure.... not 3

*** Sorry if this appears cross- or repeated post **** I forgot solution or didn't get one last time.

It appears that my workbook seems to use 3 linear scales.

    Excel 2010

    2 "mystery units" and pixels....

It's confusing to hell to someone with depression and aDD. Trying to make a label template and getting dimensions right is a nightmare because the ratio of the mystery unit (shown in tooltip outside () ) changes whether its height or width! I don't care what real-world unit it is, I just want it to be consistent and then I can scale it to the output print.... need precision at least to 1/32" per label and thats 20 rows....

Of course the property / dialog to set hieght and width has a text input WITH NO UNITs specified!

Any idea how to solve this?
