SUMIFS Question

Attached is my workbook. There are two data validation lists, cells C7 and B8. I want to be able to change the drop-down in C7 to any date and have it pull the total sum for the city chosen in cell B8. The actual workbook is in this exact same format, however, there are 365 days listed. Any help is very much appreciated.
