Lightbulb Displaying dynamic updating image of power pivot in separate workbook?

    Hello,

I cannot find a solution for my current task and i hope you can advise.

I have a "Main workbook" containing all data and power pivots with summaries. The workbook is visible to users with admin rights for now. One tab with power pivot has information that should be visible to all users (read only, no editing, the best would be to view the pivot as picture in separate workbook without option to open main file). This power pivot in main file will be updated from time to time so all users should see this as dynamic view. Please advise what solutions would you choose to get this?

I tried to create a separate public workbook and paste the power pivot as "linked picture". This would be looking exactly like i need, unfortunately this picture then updates only when both "main workbook" and additional public workbook are open at the same time. Users will have access to this separate file all the time, so the picture should always reflect the last saved view in main file and refresh upon opening the file.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
