count working hours between 2 dates - no weekends or holidays

Hello, I am in need of getting the working hours, starting in cell C2, between the 2 dates as shown in the attached. This can be up to a month or longer for the hours to count. Working days are MON- FRI. Holiday List in J2-J7, and hours are noted in L2 and M2. Thank you for all the help.
