    PTO Calculations

I'm trying to create a spreadsheet to help people track their PTO time. Here is the problem I'm running into, employees get 4.67, 10, 13.33 or 16.67 hours per month depending on how long they've been employed with the company. I'm not sure how to convert that into something we can use. Ideally, I'd like to have something that they can put the time off they are requesting and then each month they could copy and paste a formula to add the new time they've earned. Some employees are getting confused with what they are earning and they think it should be (5 hours and 7 minutes) which it is not. I'd love it to look something like the attachment.

    Re: PTO Calculations

    Time always 00:00 not 00.00
In your data 13.33 mentioned, that is read as value, not time.
Can you enter manually required output.

    Re: PTO Calculations

My problem is that is how the company calculates the amount of time you get. You get 13.33 hours per month. I'm looking for a way to change it so my employees know how much time they really get. They think it is 13 hours and 33 minutes however it isn't.

    Re: PTO Calculations

It didn't . The problem is I need to find a way to change the 13.33 hours you get each month into time. I looked at converting it into minutes however that is like 799.8 minutes. So that doesn't really help either.
