Excel not responding after inputting in one cell

Dear all,

You may find demo data in the attached file. Input of data is mainly done in "Raw" sheet. There are formulas in Raw sheet to do some combination and pooling of data from other worksheets. Data in other sheets originate from "Raw" sheet so as to group the data in the desired format like sheet one "Final schedules" and "cover label". Data in the remaining sheets are for feeding into the "Raw" sheet.

When inputting date and time or in any other cells in "Raw" sheet, it would freeze (Excel not responding) for at least 20 secs or more each time before the cell would be available for inputting again. Could anyone help advise as to what the problem is?

For my opinion the Raw sheet was destroyed even attempt to copy this sheet to the other work book is difficult
also
volatile INDIRECT that used on the sheet must be replace

Thank you so much for the suggestions. In fact, I tried copying to another file before but using CTL A to copy. Now I only copy the parts with content. I have done the same to the test file and it still freezes (not responding) after input.
You may find the attached with formulas streamlined and copied only content part to a new file. Thanks!

Thank you so much!!!! I have solved the freezing by deleting the conditional formatting. I wonder why such formatting will cause excel to freeze. Thanks a lot!
