    Conditional Format - Data in Horizontal, Criteria from Vertical

    Data with Criteria is in B4:C13
    E4:N4 is B Transposed
    I want Conditional Format in E4:N4, for B4:B13 marked "Y" in C4:C13
    Make more sense in attached

    E2:F2 is merged, then g2:h2 is merged ..... !

    Don't use merged cells. Use Centre Across. Looks the same but won't screw you up.

    Yes, but i need formula to format over 2 cells now (next to right too)

    OK, select E4:X4 before you apply the CF formula.
