Conditional format with multiple conditions

Hi Guys

I have a work rota spreadsheet (attached) that has to change due to working conditions in the current climate. What I need to do is apply conditional formatting to the data in E4:K21 based on the names in C4:C21. I have added single condition formats in the past based on 1 name but now I need Person 1 to 7 to be formatted blue and Person 8 to 14 to be formatted red. I have started doing this individually but the original file is for 3 shifts with about 50 to 60 people. I believe this might increase the size of the sheet making it too slow etc.

The first thing is; can I apply the format to more than one person at a time (i.e. include Person 1 to Person 7 in the conditional format formula)?
The second thing is; I need the A/L conditional formatting to show over the colours so is this possible?

One color One conditional formatting Formula
=MATCH($C4,$O$4:$O$10,) => Blue
=MATCH($C4,$P$4:$P$10,) => Red

Move AL to the top to overwrite other conditions.
