Scheduling Power Query to Update File

Quick Question,

Is there a way for PowerQuery to update data pulls each day at a specific time?

The closest I could come to an answer is in this site. It certainly isn't an easy topic. Ignore the Dummies title as it is a good question and I hope this answers your question.

My thinking is if this doesn't allow you to do what you want, you could set it to Refresh All on Open and open it at the correct time each day.
