Multiple columns into one column for Charity

    Hi,

is it possible to do the following as attached?
I have converted csv into columns but I need the order cost to match the product price into two columns.
The download is from our charity website and when donors select multiple products it shows them all into one cell using commas.Attachment 669743Attachment 669743
Currently its a manual process and getting laborious.

    Welcome to the forum

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

In the attached I needed to use 2 helper columns.

In sheet 'after (proposed)' cell C2 and filled down until you get blanks this formula that returns the count of Orders/Product names in each row of sheet 'before'.
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Then in cell D2 and filled down until you get blanks this formula that repeats the row numbers those count-number of times ... ie the row Index numbers. This formula is an adaptation of an approach one of our members BMV posted a few weeks ago. It works well in a case like this and this version takes advantage of the new Excel 365 SEQUENCE function.
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Then in A2 and filled down and across column B this formula that outputs what you intend. Also uses SEQUENCE.
