Data Analysis installed but no window appearing

I'm trying to use the Analysis toolpak on the laptop I was given at my new job. I'm running Office 2010 part of Office Professional Plus 1010 (corporate install). I have added both the Analysis Toolpak and Analysis Toolpak - VBA to the add-Ins and have the button on the toolbar, however when I click on the button, I don't get the popup window allowing the user to pick the analysis tool they want to use. I can't find any similar posts on the internet except this old one with no solution on this site.

Does anyone know what I have to do do make this toolpak work?

    Administrative Note:

    Hi and welcome
although we value privacy as much as anyone else, it could be important that members have a rough idea of your location. You might in the future post questions which are bound to your regional settings.
So, please update your profile to something more precise then "ct" ( country will suffice, no need to be more precise).
Thank you for helping us to help you
