Would you just have the nine hours scheduled randomly?

    Hi xladept,

    Sadly no,
In our country an employee is only allowed to work 9 hours which includes 1 hour Lunch break
    The sample provided is from 3:00 - 12:00 that's 9 hours

btw thank you so much for looking into it
    we appreciate the assistance

OK - fixed that but do you want random nine hour shifts. I'm asking how you want the hours scheduled.

Re: Populate Schedule from Sun-Sat based on a given sched

    Hi xladept,

The nine hour shifts are provided by our operation counterparts, We wanted to have this automated as there is over 4000 employee's who have their schedule's adjusted because of the pandemic situation as they transition to work from home.
So ultimately we wanted to reduce the hours of entering their new schedule's manually.

In the attached file the employee column would reach beyond 4000 and on the 3rd column is their new Shift which is provided by their site director as agreed with the clients to cover staffing gaps

But, where is the input - what is the input file name? These details are necessary to effect a routine
