Hi,
I'm having a strange problem where I can no longer connect to salesforce via GetData as "We don't support this browser".
I am running IE 11, updated everything from Chrome & Edge.
Used to work fine before but has stopped working since working from home. VPN is on (not sure this matters)
Can anyone help with this please?

I think you need to eliminate the VPN - the fact that you are working from home over a VPN may well be the combination of differences that are affecting this. What else is different about your home set-up? It says access denied - is this because you need to be on a recognised network for the site to connect?
Thank you, I have tried both with and without company VPN. Nothing else different really, I have worked from home before and it worked fine.
After speaking with salesforce help, the advised that everything is set correctly from their end so it is an Excel issue.
I had a look about and noticed this in the settings - not sure if it matters

I think that very unlikely. If this is a file you know works at work, and it has worked before from home, then it suggests that something has changed between Excel and the browser settings. Have you reached out to your company's IT support team?
I have, still pending, they cannot see what the problem is. (I've had issues previously which they couldn't resolve that I did through googling).
They say that nothing has change from a the company set up side.
Sorry - I have no other suggestions for you. Maybe someone else will.
