Dynamic Chart X Axis Problems

Hello guys,
I have a workbook with some dynamic named ranges as inputs to a chart. The y-axis values work great however the x-axis values show up from 0 to 100. The dynamic named range equations is as follows:
=OFFSET('Worksheet Name'!$B$600,0,0,COUNTA('Worksheet Name'!$B$600:$B$1000),1)
It can be up to 400 data points long, but the current data is 100 data points. If I lengthen or shorten the data set it changes the x-axis to the number of points. So for some reason the chart is looking at the number of points and not the actual values of the data.
Here is the chart data set setup:
x-axis:
='WorkbookName.xlsm'!XDynRange
y-axis:
='WorkbookName.xlsm'!YDynRange
