What font do you used when you want to optimize space with a data report

Hello everyone,

Not a "help" this time, but more of an opinion on the matter. If you have a big table with many rows and columns with a bunch of numbers and you want to squeeze the numbers and optimize the printout, what font do you use of this?

A font that would obviously be condensed enough but readable enough both on the screen and on the paper printout.

The one that I have found I like the most is ARIAL NARROW.

However I suspect that some people here have some kind of gem hidden in their arsenal when this situation arises. You recommendation could be a free or a paid font

I have been trying a couple of fonts, and so far "Avenir Next Condensed" is the winner... very legible and nicely packed/condensed.

Anyone else can provide a recommendation?
