    I see that Office 365 now has it. Is there any way to update stock prices in excel in any other version

    No, not without creating queries to web pages.

    Do you have 365 or 2019? They are different.

    I have 2019. Its hard to justify paying a subscription for just this one feature in Excel.
    Was hoping that it might be available in another version
