Double and a Triple Cross Reference Data Dumps

So I am trying to create a spreadsheet for work that helps with Our Inventory Management System

But the Data Dump that the System gives is a Mess to say the least and I need to figure out how to Cross Reference Product, Person and Today's date to get Today's Product only and then subtract that number with Person and Product in order to get the Hold Over.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with inventory management systems, so the term "hold over" doesn't mean much to me. However, this put in a cell will give you the sum of all oranges grown by Sally with today's date:

Omit the final (sheet1!$M$2...) to get all oranges grown by Sally in the data table:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Does this help you get started?

Holy hell that was fast. This is just what I needed. I over simplified my example and still have to tinker a bit but I’m now in the ballpark where I hope i can figure it out
