Need help transferring data into Excel

I have a set of data I need to copy into excel. It looks like what you see below, except there are 500+ items. Further, I only need the "t" or "f" copied, and I would like them copied into a single column like this (but without the numbers).
    1 F
    2 T
    3 F
    4 F
    5 T
    6 T

The problem is that I need to do this for over 100 unique cases. So rather than typing every item in manually, how can I make Excel do this for me? Thanks so much for all your support!

    Semper fi,

    Paul

This is not an elegant solution, as uses volatile functions, but you probably need to do it for each set only once.
So copy your data to say C1.
If you have each row in one cell - use data -> text-to-columns -> separated -> with space.
and then in A1 (and copy down) a formula:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

But as there is 500+ such sets, probably most appropriate approach would be a macro to open each of the files (are they text files? in one folder?) , do something similar, but with macro and save the result in a file.
