make a macro that filter out data with date filter's and conditions

I want to make a macro that filter out data with below conditions.
1)Start time is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM for next day like if today is 23April.. than we have to take all data in between 24apr 12:00Am to end time 24Apr 10:00Am
2)start time is 12:00 AM and end time is 11:59 PM

The conditions are a little unclear to me. I get condition 1 but when I look at your sample I am confused by condition 2. I read that as the start date was the same date and the finish date and time were the same day at exactly 11:29 PM. However your example includes a result from 11:30 PM. Can you clarify please?
