Power Query: Expand Table Contents - Columns not showing in the expand options

I have a table I am trying to expand, however when the dialog box comes up with the list of columns I can expand it is not showing all the columns in the table. The columns are there (see attached images), but it does not show up in the expansion options. Does anyone know why this might be?

If I mannually enter the field it will expand it. Everytime I open the expand dialog it removes the fields(s) and I have to manually enter the code in the line to expand again.

Note: I am not able to share the file since it has financial and procurement specific information that is considered sensitive by our company. I would if could, but that is not an option.

Can you provide a dummied up version of your file with a limited number records so that we can see what is happening. Cannot analyze data from a picture.

I wish I could do that. Unfortunately, there are too many tables and queries to go through making up fake data. Shouldn't a table when you go to expand it show all the columns? (especially since I can hard code it in there as shown above and it expands that column of data) If not, what kinds of things prevent that column from showing up in the expand dialog box? Is there some way to refresh the expand dialog box list so it shows all the columns vs just some of them?

It should show all, however, without seeing your file, how do we know that you have not inadvertently changed something. Looking at a picture is akin to throwing darts blindfolded after being spun in circles a couple of times. Anything we offer is nothing more than a WAG. My only suggestion at this point may be that your file has become corrupted.

EDIT: Show us the whole line of Mcode that created the table that is missing columns in the U/I
