Multiple If criteria

Hello,

I am fairly new to this so I'm sorry. I am trying to work out commission rates based on certain rules.

The rules are as follows:


Power plans with discount code at 5%
Standard plans with discount code at 10%

Power plans without discount at 15%
Standard plans without discount at 20%

Is there a formula to work this out? Example spreadsheet attached

make a table of the criteria.

after that you can use VLookup to get the result.
