How to vlookup with symbols from 2 different fonts

    Hello,

I have a situation where I'm building a scorecard for my employers ratings. I would like for my vlookup to return a symbol to represent that employers rating, however the issue I run into is that not all the symbols are in Wingdings 2. I have one symbol that is in Wingdings 3 (the yellow triangle).

Can someone provide help with how I could return the intended symbol and color using excel. I have attached a spreadsheet with 2 tabs of a quick example of what I'm trying to achieve.

    Thank you,

    D

Use unicode chars but color could't be copied. Only conditional format help here
