Combining QUARTILE.INC & IF Functions

Hi all,
Having issues combining the quartile.inc function with IF. Pictured attached. When using quartile.inc on its own with the same array I reference in my combined formula, I have no issues. With the formula displayed in the screenshot, the resulting value is always zero (irrespective of the quartile I choose to calculate. Any thoughts or insight? Thank you!
If "a picture is worth a thousand words", an actual Excel file is worth a billion(!). Can you follow the instructions in the bright yellow banner at the top of the webpage? Kinda hard to miss, heh?
In the image, it appears that the formula in G14 was not array-entered.
To correct that, select G14, press f2, then press ctrl+shift+Enter instead of just Enter.
The resulting formula should be surrounded by curly braces in the Formula Bar.
No idea if that exposes other problems. TBD.
