As far as I can tell from Book1.xlsx the formula to get the vacation earned in $ amount would be: =C39*H15
If that isn't correct then it might be helpful to know if the formula in cell C39 is correct.
To me it looks as if the formula is the sum the salary and bonus amounts multiplied by the percentage and then divided by the hourly salary amount.
If that isn't what it is supposed to represent then please provide us with that information.
