Working out time and percentage

Can anyone help

I am trying to work out how to calculate how long something gets delivered ie within 12 hours, 1 day 2 days and then work out the percentage - can any suggest a method please.

If I understand then a row over row record of deliveries like the one modeled in columns A:C on sheet 1 will be useful.
On sheet 2 the count of deliveries that are expected to be made within a certain time frame, number of hours, is yielded using:
