Hyperlink Options

I have a spreadsheet with two tabs. The first tab is a list of people's names. I then have a hyperlink in those names to
then display the person's info in tab two.

Tab1: Example DILAURO Cell Reference A41:Q41 Place in document 'CLC Slips' (2nd tab)
When I click on DILAURO, this jumps to CLC Slips starting at cell A41 through A41 highliting the line

What I would like to do is in that hyperlink, since there are over a 100 names in the second tab, is to not only highlite, but provide a color.
Is that possible?
